Hiya! I’m trying to keep track of posting dates for each of my social media marketing clients, each of whom have their own base.

Ideally, I’d like each of these separate bases to be pulled onto one separate master base, so that I first check my master content calendar before checking the individual client ones.

I know this can be done manually, but posting dates sometimes change last minute and it would be fab if the master base could automatically update any changes from the client bases - so the master base would always remain correct and up to date.
Does anyone know how to do this?

I’m not even sure how questions on this are answered as I’ve never been on AirTable community but any responses will be warmly welcomed and appreciated.

Why do you don’t have all in one single base? You could have a Clients table and assign a client to every post, and then use Views to see posts for every client.

Anyway, you would need a 3rd party service like Zapier to interact between bases::
