Is there a way to customize the text shown after submitting a form, and as a user is redirected?

I’m wondering if anyone knows of a way to customize the text a user sees when they’re being redirected on a form?

I would like to add on to that question. I want to send only a portion of my notes to the client. Is there a way to highlight specific parts of the text in the “Note Colomn,” or do I have to create a different column for the specific comments going to the client?
