Joined Field as Primary Field in New Table

Hi-

Is want to concatenate the two values in one table into a cell in the same table, and then use that combination as the primary field in another table.

The first cell is equipment type, and the second field is test type, and I want to record test results that are unique to the combination of the two.

Any ideas? Thanks.

You can you use a Formula for that.

You can:

• Create a Lookup to bring the combined fields mentioned before (of course you need a Linked Record field and relate to a Table A record).
• Set the primary field to be a Formula with just the previous field.
