Limit the number of daily requests to an Airtable Form

I would like to be able to limit the number of times a person can enter into a form for a 24 hour period.

The table contains requests to our research center so we want to limit the number of requests from an email address to five requests per day.

Ideas on how to accomplish this?

Hi @Denise_Modic - unfortunately, there’s no way to set this up with a regular Airtable form.
