Hi I have following problem:
in tables:
INVENTORY each row is a product
MATERIAL FOR PROJECTS each row links to one product from inventory and shows its total usage on one project - rollup of one field in the table below:
MOVEMENTS: each row moves certain number of pieces of one product from INVENTORY to one project
Is there an option, when adding a MOVEMENT, to update the number of pieces in INVENTORY automaticaly through the table MATERIAL FOR PROJECTS without manualy linking each MOVEMENT to the INVENTORY? - Since it is already linked to products in MATERIAL FOR PROJECTS, the system already knows which product in the inventory I am moving.
It would save a lot of work if I do not have to enter manually the product twice in the same row of one MOVEMENT enty (once link to MATERIAL FOR PROJECTS, second to INVENTORY).
