Linked Field in Forms not working

Hello All,

I am creating a form to compile completed project data from a small architectural firm.  One field in the form links directly to an existing table of consultants.  When that field is selected, the list of consultants is visible and selectable but once an actual consultant is selected the box never seems to populate and the 'thinking' circle just spins.

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

If I were you I'd try the following to try to isolate the issue:
1. Duplicate the form
2. Create a new form
3. Create a new form in a new base

That would help you figure out whether the issue is isolated to your base/data/computer, etc

As a data point, I just tried creating a form view with a linked field in it and was able to select a linked record fine
