Long text with Rich Text, not staying filled in

Hi, new user here. Trying to add a Long Text field with Rich Text enabled. I fill in the field, and everything looks great. But, as soon as I click off of the tab or change tabs, or exit the document… the field is empty when I return to it. Is there something I am missing which “saves” the text I have entered? Not sure what other information you need, but ask and if I can I will provide it.

Welcome to the Airtable community!

The behavior that you describe is not normal. Airtable should automatically save your text as you type it.

Can you replicate this behavior if you restart your computer, and/or use a different browser?

I recommend contacting customer support.
