You don’t really need an Airtable trigger — you just need an action to search records, so you can act upon all the records that are a result of your search.
Zapier offers the ability to “Find Records” in Airtable, and then you can act on them from there.
For your trigger, you could just manually trigger it using “Push by Zapier”, or you could even schedule it to happen at a certain time using “Schedule by Zapier”.
