OKTA to Airtable provisioning

When configuring SSO using Okta, I will also configure Provisioning with SCIM. Can someone help me with a few questions on this subject?

Using Okta SCIM provisioning:

- how do I ensure all new users created in Airtable have a default "Viewer" permission?

- how do I ensure all new users created in Airtable are assigned to a specific workspace? And that they cannot access other workspaces unless granted.
