One collaborator, multiple bases

Please solve for me. If I wanted to control which bases a collaborator (individual) has access to and added the individual to each specific base, am I only charged once, since same user?

Example, there are 5 bases in ABC workspace, and Bob needs only access to 3 of them. He’s added to all 3. Since same user/email address, is the charge only for one collaborator?

Airtable charges per user per workspace, so you would only get charged once for that person.
