After submitting a ticket to Airtable support and waiting over three weeks (without a response to my support enquiry) and with the only replies being "we will get back to you soon" and "please use Airtable community" multiple times over, here I am.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue with Airtable support not replying to their support ticket?
Relieved that it's not just my ticket that's up in the air, but no good that it's the case for everyone else too. I wonder what's going on. Before this, their reply times were stellar - 1 to 2 days tops.
