Welcome to the community, @Ann_OConnell!
If you need information sent from Airtable to Google Sheets, that is not a built-in feature of Airtable, but you could always turn to an external integration tool (such as Integromat or On2Air: Actions) to do that for you. I have many clients who are creating very complex Google Sheets spreadsheets based on their data in Airtable, and their spreadsheets are created automatically for them without any extra data entry on their end.
However, you may find that you don’t need to use Google Sheets at all if Airtable is able to manage all of your data in an efficient & user-friendly manner. It’s very possible that you could cut Google Sheets out of the picture altogether.
p.s. If you have a budget for your project and you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with this, please feel free to contact me through my website at ScottWorld.com.
