I understand that if I share in editor mode a base with someone that has a free plan, this will add 1 billable collaborator to my pro plan. But if I share in editor mode with someone that has a plus plan (10$/month), is that has the same effect on my pro plan and add 1 billable collaborator?

Yeap, you'll end up with another billable collaborator on your Pro plan I believe
