Updating Existing Records Problem

Here's the context

1) - Send a weekly form to the teacher to update the student's training progress.
2) - allow each teacher to access student data only
3) - Teachers must be able to update fields or data at any time
4) Student fields should be pre-filled when the teacher selects the student (e.g. from the student's @email).
5) Send a reminder message to the teacher if the weekly Feedback is not filled in (e.g.: start date+ xdays).
