I need to create a form that includes a dynamic table-like structures within a question, where you can input multiple rows of data (objects) and assign a different value (like a dropdown selection) to each row in a grid format, and syncs this data to Airtable with one object per row and each selection per field. Furthermore, I need the system to recognize if an object has been submitted more than once and not add another row, but rather add the 2nd requester name to an existing row. Has anyone been able to figure this out?

Thank you,

Sounds like you're trying to created linked records via a form?  If so, try Fillout: https://www.fillout.com/

You mention dynamic tables though so I'm not too sure.  Does that mean you want users to be able to set their own fields?
