Record recovery of deleted records

Is there any way a recovery can be done of deleted records from a base

You can restore recently deleted records from the trash. You can also restore the entire base from a snapshot.

@kuovonne true, but when realized the data was gone, it was not in the trash. 7 days is super short. As for the snapshot, that is also true, but knowing how something gets deleted is critical, to help prevent.
