Hi Airtable users, a few hours ago the performance of one of my bases started degrading. For the last two hours, tables/views stopped loading records and API calls are partly timing out, too. This affects all users, across different browsers, devices and locations. Other bases than the main production are not affected.
I cannot detect any unusual behavior, but might be looking in the wrong place. Has anyone encountered services failing before and can offer any advice on how to address the situation, identify and fix the situation? Any clues would be appreciated. Thanks!
