Is it possible to view full PDFs (that are stored as attachments) in the browser (beyond “preview”)?

I need to be able to view uploaded PDFs too. All I see is a blank dark page. When I click on the attachment name, it just brings me to another blank dark page.

works for me in Chrome 67 on Windows 10. There’s a little extra padding on the side, but pretty much full screen.
