I have set up an airtable form that I will send out to a large audience. I do want to restrict the access to multiple email domains for security purposes but it seems like I can only do just one email. Is it possible to do it for multiple?

As far as I know, that is not available with Airtable's forms, but you can get that feature with Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable. Fillout lets you create a "login page" for your form, and you can restrict that login to as many domains as you would like.
Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld

Hmm, what if you set up a conditional on your fields for this?
And here you can see the Name field shows up for gmail:
But not for Outlook:
Here's an example I've set up for you! Link to base
When you click into 'Forms' it's going to be empty, but once you duplicate it into your own workspace it'll show up!
