I work in a bike shop managing a bikeshare fleet.
I have a table listing the names of all of my bikes and would like them to have a field that states whether the bike is currently “triaged”, “repaired”, or “requires second review”.
This is a cyclical process so I would like to have one form for triage purposes that can be used to update the bike’s triage status.
I also have another form in airtable that tracks the maintenance performed on bikes that have been triaged.
Is it possible for me to set up a form system so that the bikes in my bikes table only maintain 1 status at a time and that my team of mechanics, using a separate form, can only select bikes from the bikes whose current status is ‘triaged’?
