Hi, my company uses Airtable to help project manage our operational processes. However, with safer in place enacted in California, we are unable to continue our operation for at least a month, and therefore we will not need the user accounts associated with our production managers until we can reopen. Since we are also looking for any ways we can cut costs right now, is it possible to suspend user accounts for a month and then re-enable them?

Hi @Paige_Wilkinson, one of our customer support advocates is going to reach out directly to discuss options with you.
Note that you can always move a collaborator to the read only permission level, which we don’t charge for on any of our plans.
