How to import multiple rows in a csv into a single cell in Airtable?

I need to map multiple records of Outgoing Links, to each Post URL record, in a single cell in in the Outgoing Links column that is linked to the left-most frozen column in Airtable called Post URL. Any idea how to best accomplish this?
