Has anyone ever experienced an error like this with their base? If so, how did you fix it?

Hi Vanessa,

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble loading your base. Typically when this happens, it is a sign that you need to clear your browser's cache. You could also try using an incognito window / a private browsing window / safe mode to see if this issue still occurs. Please let us know if you are still having trouble afterward!
