Timeline block: how to make Event Name the primary label, not the Date?

Hello,
I am setting up my first timeline block and have a very basic problem:

• I have a 2-column table: start date | event
• The Timeline block uses “start date” as the key to map it to the dates in the timeline. Great!
• However, when I view the timeline block, the labels are the dates, not the event name. How can I make the event name the label, like in this Airtable example?: https://support.airtable.com/hc/article_attachments/360001021347/Screen_Shot_2018-03-06_at_6.03.57_P...

You might want to have a look at the Vega-Lite block (currently in beta but you can get access instantly).

I figured out how to resolve my initial problem: the Timeline Block takes whatever the first column is and uses it as the label. So I just had to make Event Name the first column, and date the second column, and it labelled things the way I wanted.
I’d like to do some more sophisticated things, like having thumbnails with the Event Names. I will look at whether Vega-Lite can do make the presentation more sophisticated.
