Trouble with Maps API (Randomly on error)

I use Airtable for a big list of names with addresses.
Every day a new name has a red dot for the API, making it invisible on the map visualization.

The one thing I have noticed is that every time one of my colleagues use the setting tool to adjust for just a group of people, somehow it changes or actualizes the API for all the names in the list resulting in some of them showing error. I am not sure this is the condition for this error.

Is someone else having trouble with that map visualization?
