Have resorted to publishing here as I have gone around in circles trying to contact Airtable support. They are attempting to bill me for credits to my account as a result of accidentally selecting an annual plan, then downgrading to a monthly. I followed instructions to navigate to Home, then click Help > Message Support. This opens a chat bot, where every time I ask to speak with support it tells me to click Help > Message Support. Which takes me back to the chat bot.
When I follow instructions as guided through by the chat bot about stopping the transaction attempts, it gives me a link to 'Contact Support Here'. Which opens the homepage, and I'm back to where I started. As Airtable have depracated email support, I was left to publish here in hopes someone at Airtable might see it. And also to flag this issue with contacting support. Has overall been a very frustrating process.
