hello Airtable Community,

First sorry for bad English, hope you can understand me.

For my hotel I need to create an automation between Airtable (our CRM) and Google Agenda, where every record (room booking, with important informations about customers) create an event in our Google Agenda.

I have already created an automation with Zapier which create an event in Google Agenda every time I create a new record in my CRM.

But, when I change a field (exemple : after create the record, I have to change the phone number of a customer in a field), it do not change the phone number in my event on Google Agenda.

It’s a trouble for me because if me or a coworker insert a wrong phone number in a new record, the correction do not put the correction on google events, which is our main booking interface.

Thanks for reading and helping me.

If you want to stick with Zapier, you would need On2Air Actions to do this.

Alternatively, you could switch to Integromat.

As another alternative, you can use zzBots to set up a full 2-Way Sync between Airtable and Google Calendar.

You can install this 2-Way Sync in the Bot Store here: https://www.zzbots.com/store/etsxGGrfvx5BtXmnt

Here is a video to walk you through the install:
