Updating Removed Values from Record in Google Sheets

I’ve been trying to setup up an integration between Google Sheets and Airtable where updated or new records in Sheets will be reflected in Airtable. I’ve trialed Zapier but it’s missing a critical need. When I remove a value from a column of a given record, it is not removed in Airtable. I have confirmed with Zapier that this is not an available feature on their end.

Does anyone have any suggestions for setting up integrations between Sheets and Airtable so that new records, updated records, and data removed from records will be reflected?

For going from Airtable => Sheets, there are 2 approaches:

This performs an export from Airtable into Sheets

or

This is a more advanced way to handle data within Airtable using Zapier. (Disclaimer: this is our product).

Unfortunately, going from Sheets into Airtable is still an issue.
