I’ve very new to airtable and I’m trying to replicate an excel spreadsheet I have. In the spreadsheet I can copy data from one table into another by using “=” within a formula (eg =Sheet1!A1). Is there anything like this in airtable?

I’ve got 2 tables - one of people’s data (of which I want their name as the 1st row of data in the new table) and one of session details (of which I want the day and time as the column names). In my old spreadsheet, if a new name is added to the list of names, then new name pops up in the final table automatically. The same goes for any new session names popping up as new columns.

Thanks
