Using Airtable to run select and organise a course (education)

I’m wondering if you can use Airtable (probably in conjunction with another app like zapier or something) as a way for the public to select something (a class in this example) from a drop-down menu on a webpage, and sign up for it… automatically updating the available spots left in the course?
