Airtable forms on Mobile

Hello! Id like to report a couple hiccups in the user experience of our Airtable forms (at least on my iPhone 5s):

1. When entering a date into a date field, the keyboard pops up and covers up the date picker. You can’t move the date picker to view it in full, and if you touch the x to remove the keyboard, the date picker closes too :frowning:

2. When finding an existing record, the keyboard also pops up and makes it difficult to choose from existing records:

3. Chosen existing records appear much wider than the form itself on the mobile screen, so that it’s difficult to figure out how to delete them if you’ve chosen the wrong one:

Is there a way to format a form so that it doesn’t “jump” to the bottom when filling it out on mobile? It specifically happens when using drop-down single item selections. This is where the form is embedded, for reference: https://certifiedokbred.com/registration-test
