Airtable Bulk Importing Google Spreadsheets / CSVs

Is it possible to add multiple spreadsheets at once?

I have around 250 spreadsheets that we need to import for analysis. Can this be done using native functionality in Airtable, or will I need to use extensions?

Knowing this information is crucial for our decision regarding the Airtable subscription purchase. If this functionality is not available, we will not proceed with Airtable.

Hey @suryaa028,

Unfortunately that is not possible neither with Airtable's native import from csv nor uusing the CSV Import extension. However, if the structure of your data is exactly the same on all your spreadsheets, you could either merge all spreadsheets or build an automation using Make or N8N to do the mapping and importing in bulk.

You can import multiple spreadsheets simultaneously if you use a 3rd-party tool like Make's CSV automations and Make's Airtable automations.
