Help! I cancelled my account last year, yet an huge amount of money has been taken from my account. I can't afford this and don't seem to be able to contact anyone about it. I don't know what to do! I am very stressed.

Hey Sally! I’m sorry to hear that. If you are unable to contact customer support, I’d suggest reaching out to Sales. Sales departament is usually more responsive. You might also want to try reaching out via Linkedin to a couple of specific Airtable emoloyees. I hope it gets solved

Thanks Maddie! I have a copy of the e-mail that I sent in April asking for help in unsubscribing and I followed instructions carefully so I'm very disappointed that so much money has been taken! I've had some e-mails from the support team but they are not very helpful. Hopefully on Monday more progress will be made.
