That seems to be a bug. Could you try deleting the extension (see image below), and re-installing it again?
Please let me know if that solves the issue.

Interesting! As a data point, I just tried installing the Page Designer and I was able to edit those preferences so it does seem like it's a localized issue
Does the issue persist with a different base? Have you tried using a different browser or even a different computer to see whether that works?

Ey Mike! Thanks for answering.
It worked like most of the computer things use to fix themselves.
I switch off the page for a day and today it's working
