Syncing tables across bases--help needed

Hello, 

I would like to sync two separate working bases on Airtable but I don't know how to do and I didn't find any answer to my questions on your FAQ. 

Is this possible to do so ? 

An example of a use case for which I would need to sync two bases : establish a "lookup" field in a working base based on the data contained in another base.
