What determines which fields are displayed when this drop down list is displayed? IE OWN MFG GEL SIZE. I have other fields in the table that are more relevant to be displayed.

I have a base that I would like to share with collaborators but have some tables with proprietary information. Could tables be tagged with Creator only?
