Result type is not a number or a date

I have added a formula IF({Töö sisu} = “Hooldus”, “17”,IF({Töö sisu} = “Transport”, “7”, “”)) and the result is not a number so I cant format it nor can I use sum function. I need the 7 to be 7€ so I can count the sum.
