Hi ! I would like all collaborators to recieve notifications when they are asigned in a record. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I would also like people to be informed when records with their names are updated. How can I do ? Thank you !

Hi When I add a record in a filtered view, sometimes it automatically fills the record with the conditions to be in this view, sometimes not. I would like that it always automatically fills the record with the conditions, how can I do ? Thank you !
