+1 - Hierarchy charts have a wide variety of use-cases and can be used well beyond just org structure. Found it very helpful while tracking site mapping
Still facing this today - I appreciate the ability to wrap text, but the long cards are odd to look at. I'd much prefer to be able to make the width of the columns larger, the way I can on a table so I can the rows / cards can be shorter.
