Filtering field immediately by visible value

What is the proposed idea/solution?Now to filter field you need to: 1) Press field title, 2) move cursor down, 3) press Filter by this field, 4) choose value(s) from drop list. That's really a lot of moves when you need to filter by a few such fields...
