This question was already asked in 2017 - or did you mean a different use case?For those who land here from a search, one current (2024) solution is to use a Long text field with Rich text enabled.Another is to use linked records.

You can use a Long text field with Rich formatting enabled:Then you can add rich text with as many URLs as you like: select text, press Ctrl+K to open the Add link pop-up.
