I have .docx files in attachment field that fail to render a preview. Wouldn’t be a problem if I could download it and open in MS Word but there is no option to download the file.
How can I solve this?

I used to putt all attachments in one filed but now need to have each type of attachment in different field. Seems I can only do so by downloading each attachment and then reupload to the necessary field. That seems overly cumbersome.
