Emails not being received

I have a few automations where the action is to send an email to an address from a record.
Most of them are working perfectly, however some emails are not being received even though the automation actually ran.
I can’t figure out the issue. Is it a problem on the receiver’s side ?
The emails are not in their spam …

Mine end up in my “Updates” folder in Gmail. Did you check that?
