Hi all,
I am trying to add info from a linked table (one to many relation) in the body of an e-mail in an automated action.
This is my setup:
TableA with Fields Name, Age, Status, Email, ...
TableB is a collection of dates on which the person in TableA is expected. Fields: Name (from Table A), date, type of meeting)
One record in tableA can have multiple lines in TableB.
Now I want to be able to send an automated mail that contains the info from TableB (date and linked type of meeting).
Is this somehow possible? If yes, can someone please help me how to solve this?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Kenneth De Vos

Yeap, use a "Find record" action to find all the records in Table B that are linked to the record in Table A, then insert them as a table into your email
