I've had so many frustrations with the automation feature that I literally haven't updated my Airtable in MONTHS because of this.... I migrated from GSheets and manually updating GCal to Airtable for it to automate for me and yet I keep getting this error message despite the test running perfectly fine.... If anyone has some insight on how this can be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated... Screenshots attached..
If there is also any way to contact customer support away from a public community forum and beyond the help articles, that would also be super helpful...

You're using the wrong trigger for your automation.
Unless your records are being created in Airtable through the API or through a form, you can’t trigger an automation when records are created. When you do that, it triggers on a blank record.
You will need to change your trigger to "when a record matches conditions", and the best trigger is either a checkbox field or a single-select field.
Also, Airtable only offers very basic Google Calendar automations. If you're looking for more advanced integrations & automations with Google Calendar, I would recommend using Make.
If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread.
Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld
