I’m using Airtable for an basic internal CRM database, and i’m looking to automate my unsubscribe process (Currently manual).
To do so, I tought about using the new automation Webhook trigger, since SendGrid offer to send POST event to webhooks.
But the problem is, Airtable never detect it even if from my documentation reading it should be able to detect it.
The event from SendGrid work perfectly with https://webhook.site/ but not with Airtable.
Is there a way to ;
- make it work?
- communicate the issue to the Alpha feature team so they can improve it?
