I have created a ticket system and have now created an automation that should change a status after 2 days. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I have a date field that contains the date of creation and a condition that if the date is 2 days ago, the status should be changed to "2 days old".

"Tage her" translates to "days ago", so I think your automation's set up right.
Is your automation erroring out or not running? If it's erroring out, could you provide a screenshot of the error? If it's not running, could I confirm that new records met the conditions after you turned the automation on? Automations will not trigger on records that meet the trigger conditions before it's turned on

How long ago was the date? Sometimes the exact number of days ago can be tricky when you take timezones into account, and the fact that Airtable does not continuously check times. You might want to use the a condition of 2 or more days ago versus exactly 2 days ago. You might also want to wait a little longer to see if it is a timezone issue.
And follow Adam's advice to be sure that the automation is turned on before the condition is met, so that the record switches from not meeting the condition to meeting the condition while the automation is turned on.
