Automatic fill of the gender field by searching for the same first name among the existing records

Hi there! I have a big table with business founders, and I’m looking for a method for new records to auto-complete the gender field by searching the same first name in the table and looking up the gender.
How can it be done using automation?

This should be easily accomplished, but what will you do if the first name is shared by more than one gender option? Is there a more unique way of looking up the person, like an email address?

Are the records being created from a Form, coming from another site, or are users entering the new record right into Airtable?
