How do I automatically mirror data from one table to another in the same base
In excel it's an = formula
Essentially I have 1 table where I am asking managers to add their Initiatives and I want everything added to that table to automatically be copied over to another table in the same base where I will run calculations and extra stuff that I do not want my managers to be confused by.

In Airtable, you would create different "views" to do that.
If you're new to Airtable, you might really benefit from my free Airtable training course. I discuss views at length in my course. You can take my course for free by signing up for a trial membership with LinkedIn Learning: https://www.linkedin.com/learning/learning-airtable/

Could you explain little bit more, I understood but need some clarity. so you need another table with the same data but in the new table you want to add some more details and calculations?
what are the things you want to do additionally?

If you absolutely need it to be in another table, you can look into using lookup fields and an automation to automatically create and link records in said other table. This way anything keyed in to the first table will show up in the second table
