Could someone please help point me in the right direction?
I have an automation which is triggered by clicking a button in an interface. I want the automation to send an email (containing a grid summary of some records) and then update the status of the same records to indicate that those records were sent in the email.
However, the updating of the record status is not working.
This is how the non-functioning step is configured.
Once the email is sent, I need the status to change from 'required' to 'ordered'.
This is how the conditional logic is configured.
This is the error message. I have gone through the 'how to fix common issues' steps.
The ultimate goal is prevent someone from placing an order twice and confusing our suppliers so any method to prevent the same records from be emailed more than once would be great.
